the gap really exist ?

Somebody said that there is always a gap between gounger generation and
older one, but when we talk about fishing fans,say, especially fishing activists in
Beijing, is there really any obvious gap which devides the "boys'Ngals" and the
"matured gentlemen and ladies" in terms of the way of how to enjoy fishing
and how 'serious' they would like to treat this matter?

Or, put it in this way, for instance, like, in this BBS forum, there are
many rather young galsNguys around, many of them, may be in great favor
of enjoying nice and easy time near the water, don't really give too much
"respect" to the result of fishing itself or the fishing skills itself like how
precisely one can get the fish "dinning" signals from the bottom of the river...
On the other hand,  needless to say there are also many very much "developed"
adult friends who would like to pay all their nerves into "pure" fishing itself and
they pursue highest possible performance from their gears, focus much more
energy solely on the fishing related skills and apperantly, they are at the same
time very pround of it ..

So,how do think of this?
When the younger ones grow up, do you think they would become more
and more similiar to those older guys and eventually they would become
the very same kind of fishing fans when certain number of ages passed by ?
Or, even if they grow up, they would not be like the older generations anymore
since the world is changing so rapidly and radically in this era, the way
of seeing the world and seeing everything shall vary a lot between generations
and generations, the atitude towards fishing shall vary a lot too, when the
Y, X generations grow up to be matured folks. anyway the life style at that time
may change a whole lot too .......

Yes man, fishing is nothing more than a elegant, rejoycing, noble and time-consuming
sport, good for every age groups from 2-200. Inevitably Killing do happens in every sport including fishing but, there are tons of ways you can choose to avoid hurting a

hey boy you just said it, I agree 100%. Fishing is just for fun, it is much more
different from ten thousands years ago when our ancestors fishing for a decent super menu. although, however, the fishes at that time might be ten thousands  times healthier and more tasty than today's. I am swearing to everyone this is ture.

Needless to say there really are some guys which belong to that sort,,achivers i
may say, who cares too much on whether or not she/he could catch one fish or more, like in erverywhere else.

There is skills and experience in this sport, that's ture. you cannot aviod a certain kind of normal "learning curves" with yourself. Yet that is not the sole purpose of
fishing, there might also be lots of leisure time for you to relax, in order to get a
healthier life style. I am not pushing the idea to everybody, I just think of it as a
normal way of enjoying fishing which could be applied to the maybe98% majority of guys/gals here..hehe~.
